OUR STORY
ClinicalTrials.co was founded by people who have experienced clinical trials from very different perspectives: as industry professionals, physicians, patients, and family members searching for answers.
David has spent more than two decades working in the clinical trials ecosystem. Over the years, he repeatedly saw the same problem: patients who could benefit from clinical trials often never find them, while researchers struggle to connect with the people who need these therapies most.
Rivka’s motivation is deeply personal. When her grandfather was battling cancer, she tried to help him find better treatment options, including clinical trials that might have offered hope. Despite contacting pharmaceutical companies and searching for information, it was incredibly difficult to identify the right studies or understand how to enroll. By the time answers were found, it was too late. The experience revealed how fragmented and inaccessible the system can be for families navigating a medical crisis.
Jonathan’s story reflects the life-saving potential of clinical research. As a child, he participated in a clinical trial that ultimately saved his life. That experience shaped his path into medicine, where he has gone on to care for thousands of patients. It also gave him a firsthand understanding of the extraordinary impact that clinical research can have when patients are able to access it.
Together, these experiences shaped a shared conviction: patients should never miss the opportunity to participate in a clinical trial simply because the system is too difficult to navigate.

To ensure that every patient in the United States who may be eligible for a clinical trial has a clear path to access it.

Our goal is to make sure that the experiences faced by our founders — struggling to find trials, struggling to enroll, and losing valuable time — are not repeated by the patients who come after them.
